Returns & order support

Eligible items purchased at their regular, non-discounted price qualify for voluntary returns when you contact us within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. Discounted and promotional items are excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns and exchanges.

Applicable statutory cancellation rights and remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are unaffected. Contact support@homegood.us for assistance and return instructions. Read our Refund Policy for eligibility, return shipping arrangements and refund procedures.

Orders already placed retain any more favourable return or guarantee terms that applied when purchased.
